(Verse 1)

I wake up in the morning

And I feel it in my soul

Today I'm taking control

Of how I want to roll

(Pre-Chorus)

I won't let the world bring me down

It's time to turn my smile around

I know I can do this, I'll make it through

Today, I'm feeling brand new

(Chorus)

I'm choosing happiness

It's the path I want to take

I won't let negativity win

I'm choosing happiness, no mistake

(Verse 2)

I know it's not always easy

To put on a happy face

But I'm committed to this feeling

And I'm going to embrace

(Pre-Chorus)

I won't let the world bring me down

It's time to turn my smile around

I know I can do this, I'll make it through

Today, I'm feeling brand new

(Chorus)

I'm choosing happiness

It's the path I want to take

I won't let negativity win

I'm choosing happiness, no mistake

(Bridge)

I'll spread this feeling all around

Let others know that it's always found

Within themselves, they hold the key

To choose happiness, just like me

(Chorus)

I'm choosing happiness

It's the path I want to take

I won't let negativity win

I'm choosing happiness, no mistake

(Outro)

Today and every day

I choose to feel this way

Happiness is mine to keep

And it's a feeling I won't let slip.
